Description
General Information: The SPK-M50J-F series consists of multi-tier box/tray transfer AMR robots. A key feature is the integrated “all-in-one” control system (SRC controller) that allows both navigation and box-gripping/placement mechanisms to be controlled by a single processor, reducing deployment complexity. The robot supports four positioning methods (Laser SLAM, QR code, reflector, NFL) with accuracy up to ±5 mm. In addition to standard communication methods (Wi-Fi, 4G), the robot also supports optical fiber communication to ensure stable connectivity and high data security within the facility. Safety is enhanced with two laser sensors (front and rear) plus bumper sensors, with hardware self-checking for thorough collision avoidance. The chassis is ultra-compact (~1000 mm wide) allowing travel in narrow aisles (only 1110 mm wide), while the rear cargo tray can be configured with 3–6 tiers, each tier supporting 50 kg. The SPK-M50J-F is suitable for transferring, unloading, or distributing box/tray goods in warehouses or factories (especially in the components, pharmaceutical, or e-commerce industries) that require automated multi-tier box handling.
Applications: The SPK-M50J-F series is recommended for warehouses or factories that need to transfer multi-tier boxes. For example, in a product finishing warehouse or a component manufacturing plant where orders require picking and delivering boxes on tall trays (3–6 tiers) in narrow aisles. Thanks to the flexible mounting of the gripper and rear trays, this robot can replace manual loading/unloading on storage racks or order-prep racks – especially in e-commerce order sorting processes or fast distribution (third-party logistics). Its high travel accuracy (±5 mm) and dual-laser protective sensors ensure stable and safe operation for operators.
