Description
General Information: The SFL-CBD20 is a medium-duty autonomous pallet truck with a 2-ton load capacity and a chassis only 960 mm wide (suited for narrow aisles). It uses Laser SLAM navigation (with optional QR codes or reflectors) to achieve high positioning accuracy (±10 mm). SEER’s AI recognition system allows the robot to identify many types of pallets (including film-wrapped or damaged pallets) from various angles with high precision. A large-capacity LiFePO4 battery (51.2 V/106 Ah) enables the SFL-CBD20 to operate continuously for about 10 hours, with a quick-swap battery capability (~3 minutes). Its 4-layer safety features (including a 40 m laser obstacle detector and bumper edge sensors) ensure absolute safety for both personnel and goods. The wheels have dual coil-spring suspension and reinforced hydraulic cylinders to prevent slipping under diverse conditions, increasing overall stability.
Applications: The SFL-CBD20 is suitable for warehouses and factories that need to handle heavy goods (~2 tons) in narrow aisles. It is especially useful in environments requiring long continuous operation (thanks to its 10-hour battery) and high safety (3D sensors, laser, protective edges). For example, the SFL-CBD20 can be used to transport heavy pallets between production or storage areas within a plant, or in consumer-goods manufacturing warehouses where pallets may come in various colors and packaging (the robot will identify and handle them consistently).
