GENERAL INFORMATION
The SPT-1000 is an autonomous forklift (AMR forklift) specifically designed for handling closed pallets. It features a unique “E” shaped lifting fork structure that supports various types of enclosed pallets (grid, stringer, cages, racks). The vehicle is equipped with deep-learning AI to recognize many pallet formats (size, color, wrapping, damage) and automatically adjust the lifting angle (±30°) under complex lighting conditions. Its slim, compact design (150 mm height, 1200 mm width) enables smooth navigation in narrow aisles (aisle width ≥1300 mm). A Laser SLAM positioning system (combined with NFL, QR codes, and reflectors) provides positioning accuracy of about ±10 mm. The unit also integrates 3D sensors (front and rear lasers), an emergency brake, and multiple safety measures to ensure safe operation even when carrying heavy loads over rough terrain. The SPT-1000 is controlled by SEER’s SRC processor and can synchronize with MES/ERP systems to optimize automated warehouse workflows.
APPLICATION
The SPT-1000 is designed for large-scale industrial logistics warehouses (especially in North America) with many closed pallets. It is well-suited to very narrow-aisle environments that require safe handling of heavy loads up to 1 ton. Thanks to its AI recognition and 360° balancing capability, it can operate efficiently in automated packaging and storage processes, minimizing errors caused by pallet misalignment.
