Description
General Information: The SJV-SW600 is a rotary lifting robot (turning forklift) designed to lift and transport bulky goods (≤600 kg). The vehicle features two lasers (front navigation and rear obstacle avoidance) to increase reliability and safety. A standout advantage is the independent rotation mechanism of the chassis and lift platform (spin function), allowing the robot to move and lift independently even in cramped spaces (narrow aisles, densely packed racks). SJV-SW600 uses Laser SLAM positioning combined with QR codes and reflectors, achieving accuracy up to ±5 mm in various travel conditions. The vehicle has a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s when loaded (2.0 m/s unloaded), enabling fast transport of large volumes. A payload up to 600 kg allows it to handle applications ranging from e-commerce parcel sorting to heavy material transport. SJV-SW600 is ideal for lifting at very low heights (~60 mm) above the factory floor, and its chassis ground clearance is only 25 mm, enabling the robot to slip under even the lowest pallets or containers. SEER’s integrated control software and standardized interfaces allow this robot to integrate easily into existing automation systems (MES/RDS), especially in modern production lines.
Applications: The SJV-SW600 is specialized for transporting and lifting heavy items (≤600 kg) in very confined spaces. For example, this robot is suitable in factories (heavy industry, electronics) where pallets or modules need to be conveyed to conveyors at low height, or in warehouses requiring loading into pallets/containers with small gaps. The independent spin mechanism allows SJV-SW600 to rotate freely in extremely narrow aisles (as narrow as 790 mm). With its high accuracy (±5 mm) and travel speeds up to 1.5–2 m/s, this robot can serve continuous processes such as sorting in e-commerce distribution centers, production logistics, or even conveyor and automated assembly lines. The dual-layer safety system (front/rear lasers and collision sensors) ensures the robot does not collide with tall objects, providing a safe working environment for nearby personnel.
