Description
General Information: The AMB-300 is a versatile mobile robot chassis (AMR chassis) by SEER Robotics. It is designed as a common platform for many different types of autonomous robots. The AMB-300 chassis has four standard mounting holes on its top to easily attach various accessories, such as lifting mechanisms, conveyors, robot arms, trailer towing systems, tilt-pan modules, etc. The AMB-300 supports various positioning methods (Laser SLAM, QR code, reflectors, etc.) with positioning accuracy of ±2–5 mm, depending on the application. With SEER’s powerful control software platform (integrated RDS, MES, etc.), the AMB-300 allows seamless integration into a factory’s production processes and management systems (ERP/MES) for fully automated supervision and coordination. Moreover, the AMB-300 is more cost-effective than developing a custom robot from scratch, helping to minimize the time and cost of building customized robots for customers.

Applications: The AMB-300 is used as a robot platform to build customized autonomous robots for various purposes. Thanks to its flexible mounting capability, the AMB-300 chassis has been widely deployed at major corporations (Huawei, Siemens, Schneider, Nanfu, etc.) across different industries. For instance, in Huawei’s laboratory, robots using the AMB-300 chassis handle high-precision, stable smartphone camera control for anti-vibration tests. In Nanfu’s battery manufacturing plant, AMB-300 chassis are fitted with an automatic accessory replacement mechanism (separator paper) on assembly lines, integrating seamlessly with the MES system. In the electronics and semiconductor industry, AMB-300–based robots are used for wafer transportation, assembly, and packaging, helping to increase speed and accuracy in the production chain. In summary, the AMB-300 is the preferred choice for applications requiring highly customizable mobile robots, from high-tech labs and smart warehouses to fully automated production lines.
